GLAR members are invited to a special, no-cost offering of the NAR Green Designation Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th live and in-person at Greater Los Angeles Realtors office in Culver City. The fee for this course has been waived through the support of SoCal Gas.

This course covers the basic principles of green real estate, and the practical practices, benefits, and green features & improvements that will make a difference to your clients. After completing the course, you will be better able to help your clients properly price green and efficient home improvements, and to advise your buyer clients on how to factor these improvements into their offer.

The NAR Green Designation is given to those who complete the 2-day course in its entirety. 

The 16 CEs do require attendees to take and pass the exams emailed out.
