How Not to Die! How Not to Diet!

Approximately 86% of U.S. health care costs are attributable to chronic disease. Over 70% of adults in the U.S. are either overweight or obese; 50% have either prediabetes or diabetes; coronary artery disease continues to be the #1 cause of death for men and women in the U.S. A whole-food, plant-based diet has demonstrated its effectiveness in preventing and reversing the majority of chronic illness.

This presentation will explain what a whole-food, plant-based diet is, the scientific evidence supporting its ability to reverse chronic disease, radically improve one’s health, and the practical steps for adopting this lifelong, joyful way of eating.
