2022 REALTOR Dues Billing Information

2022 dues invoices will be emailed to you starting in early November, and must be paid by December 31, 2021 in order to retain an active membership. To help ensure that the dues process runs as smoothly as possible for you, we recommend that you take the time to double check your office & contact information in GLAR’s Member Portal to make sure that it is up to date.

Additionally, please review the following information to help make paying your dues as convenient and straightforward as possible:

  1. Set up GLAR Dues AutoPay: GLAR will automatically bill the agent’s card on file for the full cost of their 2022 dues. This ensures that your membership will stay active and eliminates the guesswork in paying dues.

  1. Set up a GLAR Dues Payment Plan*: Do you need a bit of extra flexibility and time to pay your dues? You can sign up for a GLAR Dues Payment Plan by November 30, 2021, and GLAR will split your dues payment into three installments that will run in November, December and January. As long as each installment clears, your membership will remain active. Please note that GLAR assesses a $30 administrative fee on payment plans. *Payment plans are available through January, 2022, though the later you sign up for a payment plan, the fewer installments they can pay with.

  1. Make Sure Your Payment Information is Accurate: Don't forget to check your membership account and make sure that your credit card information is up to date. This will prevent membership termination due to an expired credit card and can save you a lot of headaches and reactivation fees.
