Our Leadership Academy is dedicated to nurturing emerging leaders within the REALTOR® community. We provide a comprehensive program focused on developing your institutional, industry, and association knowledge. But that's not all; we're equally committed to enhancing your leadership skills and competencies.

What You'll Gain

As a participant in the Leadership Academy, you'll embark on an enriching journey to develop, enhance, and refine your leadership skills and foster meaningful connections and relationships. Throughout the program, you'll also gain valuable insights into the history, structure, and inner workings of GLAR (Greater Los Angeles REALTORS®), as well as the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

The Capstone Project

One of the highlights of our program is the Capstone Project. As a group, you'll collaborate on and complete a real-world project, applying the leadership knowledge and skills you've acquired during your journey through the Leadership Academy.
