One of GLAR’s largest regions by land area, the Downtown LA/Eastside region covers the economic and business core of the region. With 1.5 million housing units and counting, it is at the center of one of the largest markets in the USA and is known for its architecture, culture, and diversity. With billions of dollars worth of public and private investments in the region, Downtown LA/Eastside is constantly changing and evolving.
