Jennifer Roach is the founder and CEO of Organization Fabulous, an organization company that works with luxury realtors and homeowners, offering home organization, packing, move management and unpacking services as well as prepping homes for sale. 

The daughter of a single mother, Jennifer learned at an early age that helping others achieve their goals fulfills her. When she was born in 1969, her teenaged mom held her and watched the moon landing and dreamed of one day working at NASA. With hard work and persistence - and the help of many other women - she was able to make that dream come true. 

That attitude has inspired Jennifer to help lift other women up through her business. Part of OFab’s mission is to help women, who do not have enough time, handle their home life, from simply functioning properly to moving across the country. 

Jennifer has mentored the spouses of Navy SEALs, who are graduates of the “With this Shield” program at USC into becoming owners of their own businesses. She continues to act as a mentor to other women who are trying to establish their own small businesses, continuing her mission of helping women.

Jennifer is a music nut and fashionista. She loves her Texas Longhorns, despite themselves, and is a huge Dodger fan. She travels often to see her family and loves being “Aunt Fer” to her four nieces and nephews.
