William May Garland Award

The 'William May Garland Award' is named after one of our founding members, and the first NAR president from Los Angeles. William May Garland was responsible for bringing the 1932 Olympics to Los Angeles, and led Los Angeles' business community in many ways. William May Garland Nominees should represent the ideals of REALTORS® making a positive impact on the greater community.


Eligibility:

  • Must be a member in good standing with GLAR.
  • Must have a history of contributing to the success of their community.
  • Must uphold the ideals of the REALTORS® with high ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Must have a history of supporting REALTORS® in the community.
