On Wednesday, June 11th, GLAR Commercial & Beverly Hills Region 3 hosted our ‘Commercial Marketing Session & Networking Breakfast‘, at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills.

GLAR members where treated to a lovely networking breakfast in the rotunda of the Saban Theater. Then Commercial Chairs, David Yashar & Omid Saleh with Beverly Hills Region 3 Vice Chair, Shohreh Shekarchian welcomed our guests and introduced our guest speakers for a panel on ‘Commercial Financial Lending‘.

Our guest speakers, Arui Streit of Streit Lending and Shawn Emile of First Citizens Bank answered questions and gave us valuable insight on commercial lending in our local area. Then members had the opportunity to present their commercial listings to the group, followed by an informative tour of this iconic theater. Thank you to the team at the Saban Theater for accommodating us and giving two luck winners tickets to an upcoming show at the theater.
