Seven leadership sessions plus graduation, including a two-day visit to Sacramento for C.A.R. Legislative Day.

Eligibility
Open to GLAR REALTOR® Members
Applicants must be members in good standing with at least 18 months of REALTOR® membership through GLAR or a combination of local associations.
Attendance Requirements
Full Participation Required
Attendance at every session is mandatory. Most sessions run from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. No excused absences are permitted.
Application Requirements
Qualified applicants may be invited to an interview. A letter of recommendation from a broker, office manager, mentor, or industry colleague is required.
