The Leadership Academy Workgroup guides and supports the GLAR Leadership Academy program, designed to identify, train, and inspire emerging leaders within the real estate profession. Through curriculum development, mentorship, and candidate selection, the workgroup prepares participants to take on leadership roles across GLAR, C.A.R., NAR, and their local communities.
