Administering Code of Ethics Hearings and Arbitrations
The Professional Standards Committee serves as the formal hearing body for GLAR, conducting hearings on ethics complaints and commission arbitration disputes. Members of this committee are trained to act as impartial panelists, ensuring that hearings are conducted in strict accordance with NAR and C.A.R. professional standards enforcement procedures.
