The Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® Leadership Academy celebrated its 2026 graduating class on Wednesday, June 24, recognizing 10 real estate professionals who completed GLAR’s premier leadership development program.

Over six months, the class participated in eight hands-on sessions focused on leadership development, governance, communication, advocacy, decision-making, and community service. Participants explored their individual leadership styles, strengthened their understanding of association leadership, and developed skills they can apply within their brokerages, communities, and the real estate profession.
