The Local Candidate Recommendation Committee (LCRC) evaluates local political candidates based on their understanding of housing policy, private property rights, and real estate issues. The non-partisan committee conducts interviews, reviews candidate positions, and recommends candidate endorsements and campaign contributions for municipal and local elected offices across Greater Los Angeles.
